Every Checking Account comes with a Rhode Island Credit Union debit card to use anywhere you go.
Use it everywhere. Use your debit card anywhere you shop to pay from your checking account without writing a check. You can even get cash back at participating merchants.
Receive enhanced security. All Rhode Island Credit Union debit cards have chip technology for increased security. When you use your card at a chip enabled card reader, the embedded chip generates a one-time use code. This code is virtually impossible to counterfeit and helps reduce in-store fraud.
Mobile pay available for your debit cards. We offer Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay. These apps are easy to use, secure and accepted in millions of stores across the country.
ATM access. Use it to make withdrawals, deposits or balance inquiries at participating ATMs.
An ATM Card is available if you need ATM access to your Share Account and do not have a Checking Account. Make withdrawals, transfers and balance inquiries at Rhode Island Credit Union ATMs or at thousands of other participating ATMs.

Important Restrictions
Due to increased fraudulent use of stolen ATM, debit, and credit card information, we find it necessary from time to time to place restrictions on certain types of transactions and in high risk geographical locations where they may be conducted. Unfortunately for security reasons, we cannot always share the details of why and when we need to take this preventative course of action. Likewise, our network partners may also restrict transactions on a global basis when threats impact a large population of cardholders. All of this is done to prevent loss to cardholders and financial institutions but unfortunately may cause inconvenience and disruption in service at times. When you plan to travel, please let us know beforehand so we can try to accommodate your needs should there be any restrictions in place.
