I can only speak about the Cranston branch, but they are just exceptional. All of the employees are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. In the impersonal world of banking, it is so wonderful to be greeted with a smile. I went into the bank today because I had a problem with online banking that was not resolved by calls to the main office. Tami Jackvony assured me that she would get it resolved - and she did! She listened so well, made several phone calls and made sure, before I left, that the problem was solved.

Always have a good experience at this branch. Nice people, can deposit money, get loans no issue. Hardly have written a check in years since online bill pay does it for me. Calls me with a human if they have questions, and responds to online inquiries when I send them. Online experience in general is great.
