Our Capital24 CHOICE Cash and Check Card (Debit Card) offers the same traditional ATM access plus the added buying power of paying for purchases at millions of merchant locations that accept VISA® debit cards and the transaction will automatically be deducted from your Checking Account. You’ll avoid writing checks, presenting identification and waiting for check approvals.

Surcharge-Free ATM Access

Rhode Island Credit Union members can also enjoy surcharge-free ATM access at any MoneyPass® Network, SUMSM Program and CO-OP ATM located throughout the United States.


Our participation in these programs offers coast to coast access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs where you live, work and travel. Look for the MoneyPass®, SUMSM, or CO-OP ATM logos to easily identify participating ATMs or use the MoneyPass® locator, SUMSM locator or CO-OP locator to find the ATM closest to you. MoneyPass ATMs can also be located using the MoneyPass locator application on the iPhone. IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:  Due to increased fraudulent use of stolen ATM, debit, and credit card information, we find it necessary from time to time to place restrictions on certain types of transactions and in high risk geographical locations where they may be conducted.  Unfortunately for security reasons, we cannot always share the details of why and when we need to take this preventative course of action.  Likewise, our network partners may also restrict transactions on a global basis when threats impact a large population of cardholders.  All of this is done to prevent loss to cardholders and financial institutions but unfortunately may cause inconvenience and disruption in service at times.  When you plan to travel outside of the New England area, please let us know beforehand so we can try to accommodate your needs should there be any restrictions in place.
