IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:  Due to increased fraudulent use of stolen ATM, debit, and credit card information, we find it necessary from time to time to place restrictions on certain types of transactions and in high risk geographical locations where they may be conducted.  Regrettabley for security reasons, we cannot always share the details of why and when we need to take this preventative course of action.  Likewise, our network partners may also restrict transactions on a global basis when threats impact a large population of cardholders.  All of this is done to prevent loss to cardholders and financial institutions but unfortunately may cause inconvenience and disruption in service at times.  When you plan to travel outside of the New England area, please let us know beforehand so we can try to accommodate your needs should there be any restrictions in place.
